Name: Kitsuya (it's a mash up of Mitsuo Yamaki)

Gender: Male
Appearance: A tall man with an average build, always wearing his black suit and sunglasses. His short and straight black hair maintains his "strictly business" look. Having few facial expressions, it has been said he has a "face carved from stone."
Background: Ever since he was a child, he could plainly see his superior intellect. He had a command over oratory skill more than anyone else his age, which people were attracted to. To him, however, they weren't worth his time. He had many hobbies to enrich his mind, the one most notable, when he was older, being computer programming. Eventually that road led to hacking into files for fun.
When one day he came across secret intelligence, the government came to his house not to arrest him, but to recruit him to their side. Ever since, he worked for the government by programming. In recent years he was assigned to the head of a new branch called Hypnos.
Personality: Kitsuya's emotions are much like how he enjoys his drinks - cold and stiff. Being the electronic genius that he is, he can be very arrogant at times and easily gets frustrated when others don't understand his work as well as he does. He views most others as being inferior to himself, especially the artifical lifeforms he now devotes his time to eradicate. To cope with his troubled life as a tortured genius, he carries a small metal flask in his jacket.
