The monster cards are finished, but I still need to add Power Options.
DICE SYSTEM
I will roll two dice to determine what cards you get.
2 - 2 Power Options and 1 Rookie
3 - 1 Power Option and 2 Rookies
4 - 2 Rookies and 1 Champion
5 - 2 Champions and 1 Rookie
6 - 3 Champions
7 - 2 Champions and 1 Ultimate
8 - 1 Rookie, 1 Champion, 1 Ultimate
9 - 1 Rookie, 2 Ultimates
10 - 1 Champion, 2 Ultimates
11 - 3 Ultimates
12 - 1 Mega, 2 Ultimates
I will use the list above to pick out cards that you don't already have. In the event that your resulting roll would give you cards in a category you already have acquired, I will change the list to include replacement cards from the lowest possible level category.

==>Garurumon – Champion Level – Use Attack “Howling Blaster” to breathe icy energy to affect a wide area.
==>Greymon - Champion Level - Use Attack "Nova Blast" to shoot a large flaming projectile for a long range attack (the radius of the fire is much bigger than "Pepper Breath").
==>Kyubimon - Champion Level - Use Attack "Dragon Wheel" to cover body in ethereal flames to damage enemy on contact, unblockable (but still very dodgable).
==>Vilemon - Champion Level - Use Utility "Nightmare Shocker" to corrupt enemy's mind with illusions temporarily.
==>Seadramon - Champion Level - Use Utility "Ice Blast" to freeze the enemy for about half a minute. The damage will be minimal and you won't be able to further damage it until the ice melts.
==>Peckmon - Champion Level - Use Utility "Smokescreen" to create a thick cloud to allow for a quick escape or a stealthy attack.
==>Taomon – Ultimate Level – Use Utility “Talisman Spell” to conjure a magical barrier for the duration of any one attack, or several if they are below your power level.
==>WereGarurumon - Ultimate Level - Use Utility "Lupine Agility" to become faster and more agile for the rest of the battle.
==>MetalGreymon - Ultimate Level - Use Attack "Giga Blaster" to unleash two long range missiles. During the attack and during the rest of the battle, the Digimon grows wings and can fly with them.
==>MagnaAngemon - Ultimate Level - Use Attack "Excalibur" to conjure a magical blade to use for the rest of battle, an effective short range attack. It also has double effectiveness against Digimon with malicious or "evil" intent.
==>Mummymon - Ultimate Level - Gain use of Utility "Snake Bandage" for the rest of the battle, wrap opponent to immobolize, but no damage.
==>MegaSeadramon - Ultimate Level - Use Attack "Thunder Javelin" to use MegaSeadramon's horn for the rest of the battle. It unleashes a streak of plasma for a fast long range attack, but it must charge for a while between attacks.
==>Yatagaramon - Ultimate Level - Use Attack "Savage Emperor" to unleash two long range light projectiles. During the attack and during the rest of the battle, the Digimon grows black feathery wings and can fly with them.
==>Pharaohmon - Mega Level - Use Attack "Necrotic Mist" to drain health with a following attack. Creates a small zone that the opponent must be in when the regular attack is made, zone lasts until the end of the battle.
==>MetalSeadramon - Mega Level - Use Utility "Serpent Armor" to cover body in special chrome digizoid. It will allow for fast swimming, water breathing, and superior defense, but out of water it will make the wearer very slow.
==>Ravemon - Mega Level - Use Attack "Bird King Sword" to summon a katana and a chrome digizoid wing for the rest of the battle to allow flight.
==>WarGreymon – Mega Level – Use Utility “Brave Shield” to conjure a Chrome DigiZoid shield for the rest of the battle. It is heavy and most will suffer from slowed movement.
==>MetalGarurumon - Mega Level - Use Attack "Garuru Tomahawk" for an unavoidable barrage of heat seeking missles.
==>Seraphimon - Mega Level - Use Utility "Divine Heal" to recover completely from any wound.
==>Sakuyamon - Mega Level - Use Utility "Dragon Helix" to summon four fox spirits to distract the enemy or defend you. The foxes have four respective elements, fire, wind, water, and lightning.

==>Fly Away - Utility - conjure six ethereal wings for the rest of battle to allow flight. The potential to fly and fight can be compromised without the use of other cards or the innate ability to fly. In the case the Digimon can already fly, it will be able to fly faster with more control.
==>Iron Drill - Utility - conjure drills for the rest of the battle to allow for burrowing.
==>Aquatic Attack - Utility - acquire ability to swim much faster underwater and breathe underwater.
==>Bomb Dive - Attack - only usable with either innate or card-based flight. For the rest of the battle, you can dive bomb the enemy from above and prevent damage to yourself during the attack.
==>Waterproof - Attack - only usable with either innate or card-based superior swimming ability. Make any attack that otherwise wouldn't work underwater usable by modifying it. If you already possess attacks that work underwater, increase their effectiveness.
==>Digiruption - Attack - while burrowed, use one attack that wouldn't otherwise be usable while burrowed. This includes having tremorsense to detect where above you the enemy was.
Forbidden Cards (only acquired for one time use in VERY specific circumstances)
Calumon - Digivolve to the highest level, even if you otherwise wouldn't be able to. Only a one-time use.
